Hey, I'm Sean Casey.
I played 12 years in the big leagues. Three All-Star selections. Career .302 batting average. I played for the Cincinnati Reds, Pittsburgh Pirates, Detroit Tigers, and Boston Red Sox — and I finished my career as a hitting coach for the New York Yankees.
I've been in the cage with some of the best hitters in the history of the game. I've stood in against the best pitchers in the world. And I've spent the last several years teaching what I learned to the next generation of players.
Who this is for:
This is for serious baseball players — high school, college, and competitive youth players — who want to get better the right way. It's for the kid who works hard but isn't seeing the results yet. It's for the parent who knows their son has more in him. It's for the coach who wants to give their players a real edge.
I'm not going to waste your time. Everything I share in here is stuff that actually works — because I used it, I taught it, and I've seen it change players.
