Helichrysum (Life Everlasting) is great to work with when calling on your ancestors. It has a ton of other benefits but most commonly it’s used for various forms of healing work (generational, grief, trauma, etc.), increasing your spiritual endurance, vitality, protection, removing heavy energy/blockages, preserving peace and happiness, and more. You can offer it on an ancestral altar if you have one, you can boil it/steep it like you’re making a tea and pour it in a spiritual bath, you can add it to mojo bags & carry it with you, you can infuse it in jojoba, olive, or sweet almond oil and anoint yourself with it (recite Psalm 23 3x over any of the methods you pick). 💛🗝️
