As Green Heart University continues to grow, I’m opening an opportunity for someone who feels genuinely called to support, uplift, and walk alongside individuals within a mental health–focused community.
I’m currently seeking a Student Success & Community Manager, someone aligned with mental health advocacy, care, and community building.
This role will start on a voluntary basis and is ideal for someone who is:
💚 Aligned with mental health advocacy and community care
💚 Committed, dependable, and consistent
💚 Comfortable supporting and encouraging students
💚 Willing to step in immediately to support current and upcoming cohorts
💚 Open to learning systems and processes through formal training
This role is not about titles, it’s about impact, presence, and consistency.
You would help to:
• Welcome and onboard students
• Support engagement within community spaces
• Encourage individuals who may be struggling or going quiet
• Celebrate wins and milestones
• Help protect the heart, culture, and integrity of Green Heart University
💚Formal training will be provided. As Green Heart University continues to grow, this role has the potential to evolve.
