BECOME A CERTIFIED MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCATE & COACH -Join us tonight
I want to share something with you all directly. This space is still very new, and while we haven’t had many conversations here yet, I created it to be a place for people who are genuinely interested in mental health, advocacy, and doing this work the right way. Because of that, I wanted to personally invite those of you who feel aligned to apply to become a Certified Mental Health Advocate and Coach through Green Heart University. We are currently accepting applications for our Spring Cohort, and tonight we’re hosting a group interview for those who would like to learn more. This interview is simply an opportunity to hear about the certification, ask questions, and see if it’s a good fit, no pressure. This certification is for individuals who: - Care deeply about mental health and ethical advocacy - Want proper training, structure, and support - Are interested in coaching, advocacy, or creating mental health initiatives If this resonates, you’re welcome to apply here: 👉 https://nodkh9pyqnu.typeform.com/to/vHjOvuyX Once you apply, you’ll receive the details to join tonight’s group interview. Thank you for being here as this space continues to grow. — Kellene 💚

Let’s Break the Ice 💚
What’s something you’re working on currently in your mental health or wellness journey? I’ll go first… Right now, I’m working on managing my anxiety with more compassion while learning to trust myself again in this new chapter of my life. I’m working on showing up more confidently, especially online without shrinking, doubting my worth, or letting fear keep me quiet. I’m rebuilding my wellness routine, choosing habits that support my mind and body, and giving myself grace on the days I fall short. And honestly… I’m learning not to isolate when life gets heavy. I’m practicing staying present, connected, and open as I step into leadership, community, and healing in a deeper way. One day at a time.💚 Your turn…😊
