Psychology of Sales &Marketing is happening in 7 days
Introduction
Hi everyone! Excited to introduce myself here. For nearly 30 years, my world was education — teaching, running my own childcare business, and working as a parent coach. Helping families navigate some of their biggest challenges and milestones has always been at the core of who I am. Today that same purpose looks different. I've traded classrooms for closings, but the mission hasn't changed — I'm still here to help people and families build a better future. Now I do it through real estate in the Dominican Republic, guiding people through purchasing and managing property so they can create real abundance for themselves and the ones they love. I recently launched my own real estate concierge company, Pearl Cove Realty, and I'm currently in negotiations to acquire an established real estate and property management company here in Punta Cana — building something bigger so I can bring that same abundance to a trusted team, not just to clients. What I love most is that my "work" is really just connecting with people, listening to what they truly want, and helping them make confident decisions about their future. Some days it doesn't even feel like work — it feels like the same calling I've always had, just wearing a new hat. Closing the door on 30 years in education is bittersweet, but I know I'm walking through a new one — still in service of families, just in a different way. Grateful to be part of this community and looking forward to connecting with all of you! 🌴
iTHRIVE Reflection Assignment: The Law of Branding
The Law of Branding teaches us that: People don’t often buy because of what you sell—they buy because of who you are. Your reputation, credibility, trustworthiness, and the value people associate with your name often have a greater influence than your products or services. This is why brands like Coca-Cola consistently outsell competitors and Apple continues to inspire extraordinary customer loyalty despite the many alternatives available. If you desire to operate at the highest level in your industry, you must intentionally build a brand that not only attracts people but also retains their trust, confidence, and loyalty. After completing The Law of Branding module in the iTHRIVE program, please reflect on the following questions: 1. In Your Own Word: How would you define branding in your own words? 2. Key Takeaways What are the five most significant lessons or insights that resonated with you from this module? Explain why each one stood out to you. 3. Personal Application What are the top three things you must begin doing immediately to purify, strengthen, and globalize your personal or business brand? 4. Areas for Improvement What aspects of your current brand do you believe need the most improvement, and why? 5. Your Brand Vision How do you want people to perceive you or your organization five years from now? Describe the reputation and legacy you want your brand to represent. 6. Accountability Commitment What is one commitment you are making today that, if you remain consistent with it, will have the greatest positive impact on your brand over the next 12 months? 7. Measuring Success How will you know that your brand is becoming stronger? What measurable indicators or outcomes will you use to evaluate your progress? 8. Final Reflection If you could summarize The Law of Branding in one sentence, what would it be, and why does that statement matter to you? @Natalie McCabe @Tinuola Akhere

HAPPY FRIDAY TO YOU!!!!
How are you all doing? Hey — this is a community to grow, and silence has never been a catalyst for growth… at least not in this instance. Growth happens through dialogue. Through questions. Through honesty. Through vulnerability. Through challenge. Through learning from each other’s experiences, mistakes, wins, frustrations, and breakthroughs. So ask questions here. Ask anything that will help you improve yourself, your relationships, your leadership, your mindset, your communication, your purpose, your business, your confidence, your emotional intelligence, your discipline, or your vision for your life. No pretending. No perfection. No fear of asking “simple” questions. The people who grow the fastest are often the ones willing to speak up, ask, learn, unlearn, and evolve. So let’s start here: What’s your topmost challenge right now? What is currently stretching you mentally, emotionally, financially, spiritually, relationally, or professionally? And also… What are you most grateful for right now? Sometimes we become so consumed with pressure that we forget the blessings still surrounding us. Let’s grow together.
HAPPY FRIDAY TO YOU!!!!
