I’m currently based in Morocco and I'm 100% committed to building Creatorlab—my own infrastructure-based agency. I’m moving away from the 'service provider' mindset and shifting towards becoming a true Business Partner for creators. Since I'm just starting out with this specific model, I’d love some guidance from those who are already 'printing' or a few steps ahead: 1. Where should I focus first?
