What automation to use in upselling
I have a pretty good client acquisition system and multiple past clients.
I offered custom Make.com automations.
So, what are the common upsells you offer?
What is your way or method for deciding on an upsell automation for a client?
My previous method:
While building the automation, I try to identify areas where I can add value by automating a pain point. About 70% of the time, I find and successfully upsell additional automations. However, the remaining 30% of the time, I don't because the project is too small (1-3 scenarios)
