Hello Folks,
Do you ever find yourself feeling that you are not gaining traction? That all of your hard work goes unnoticed?
Typically, these things take time and the best thing you can do is stay consistent. Post your work every week - on the same day, if you can. That way your followers know what day they should expect your information. I myself am guilty of not being consistent with the days that I post on. Must practice what I preach.
In the past I would post my footage to the community, without showing them who was behind the scenes. Turns out that people want to feel that connection. One of the things that I started incorporating is a brief intro of who I am, where I am and what I am doing - also mention what they have to look forward to.
By having a face to go with the data / footage that I am providing, I have noticed a jump in views. People really do want to see a face to the name. This helps to make you more personal. Also, this builds up the suspense for the viewer in anticipation of what they may see from the air.
While I continue to have these short intro clips, I have recently started creating advertisements as well.
A helpful tidbit is to think as a potential client and/or community member. What does a client receive from SC Handy Drones? What goes into making these shots? How do I do what you do?
Below is my most recent advertisement - demonstrating what a construction/project manager may see and what SC Handy Drones' services can provide to them.
