“It’s easy to post a video and immediately start checking the views, likes, and comments—especially when you’re already dealing with anxiety. But I’m learning that my analytics are supposed to guide my strategy, not determine my worth. Instead of asking, ‘Why didn’t people like me?’ I can ask better questions: Did my opening hook make people stop? Did they watch until the end? Did anyone save, share, comment, or follow? One video cannot decide whether I’m capable of becoming a successful creator. I’m still learning what my audience needs and how to communicate it clearly. So today, I’m reviewing my numbers with curiosity—not criticism. I’m learning to treat analytics as information—not a personal rejection letter. Every post teaches me something, including the posts that don’t perform the way I hoped. My job is to learn, adjust, and continue. 💗 Which number affects you most—views, likes, followers, or comments? Comment ‘DATA’ if you’re learning not to take every number personally.” #ContentCreatorAfter40 #CreatorAnalytics #DepressionAndAnxiety #GrowthMindset #WomenContentCreators
