The newest skill I added is the Property Reference Book What's inside: The Perfect Guest Playbook: try to have at least 2 avatars developed Hospitality Brand Voice: Complete this skill it is important for on-brand marketing content Brand Story Crafter: This is one of my favorite skills; I think you'll learn a lot about your business, and the content this generates will build trust and connection with your guests. Property Reference Book: Try to add at least 10 properties if you have that many; you can update with more later So your brand bible informs: What you sell (Properties & Experiences) Who you sell it to (Perfect Guests) How you talk about what you sell (Brand Voice) Why you should be the host they choose (Brand Story) When you have finished with all of the above, you'll run a new skill called "Brand Bible Assembly" that guides you through setting this up as a memory file within Claude. All the skills are ready in the course library.
