Introduce Yourself 👋 Welcome to the Savvy Hosts Community™!
I’m Jodi! I’ve spent the last eleven years helping hosts build and market a professional vacation rental business. This community is where I share what’s actually working, experiment in real time, and help hosts make savvier business decisions. Before we dive in, let’s get to know each other. 👉 Please reply to this post with: ✨ Who you are and where you’re joining from (and where you host if that's different) ✨ A bit about your properties (you can share your website or main link here — links are allowed in this intro thread) ✨ What your main business goal is this year (add more properties, increase direct bookings, learn to market effectively, build an elevated brand, systemize and automate - etc. ) ✨ Fun facts, share a pic, your hosting story - anything that helps us get to know each other. This community works best when people actually show up and share — so don’t overthink it. Just say hi and jump in. Glad you’re here 💛 Jodi

Cowork not connected to project?
"Completely understand your frustration — here's the honest answer: Cowork and your Claude Project are two separate environments. I can't see what's inside your Claude Project from here. They don't share memory, even though both are Claude. So I have nothing on the avatars — zero. The memory I have access to here is empty. Quickest fix: paste the two avatar names (even just the names) and I'll pick the right one for Lakeshore Sunsets and use it to inform the brief." I went into coworks > projects > CottageStays AI Helper (my main project workspace) > started new chat through there. What is happening? Why can't it see the foundation brain even though it is connected properly to my project.

Week 3 in the Savvy Host AI Lab!
Hey everyone! This week we will be building the last few sections of the Hospitality Brand BIble - this is the "Bible" that feeds every other skill moving forward. The newest skill I added is the Property Reference Book What's inside: The Perfect Guest Playbook: try to have at least 2 avatars developed Hospitality Brand Voice: Complete this skill it is important for on-brand marketing content Brand Story Crafter: This is one of my favorite skills; I think you'll learn a lot about your business, and the content this generates will build trust and connection with your guests. Property Reference Book: Try to add at least 10 properties if you have that many; you can update with more later So your brand bible informs: What you sell (Properties & Experiences) Who you sell it to (Perfect Guests) How you talk about what you sell (Brand Voice) Why you should be the host they choose (Brand Story) When you have finished with all of the above, you'll run a new skill called "Brand Bible Assembly" that guides you through setting this up as a memory file within Claude. All the skills are ready in the course library.
