(A) Create or refine one key Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
(B) Document one critical process that reduces your business’s dependence on you
(C) Identify and improve one growth lever or revenue stream
(D) Address or resolve one constraint (bottleneck) currently limiting scale or valuation

✅ (C) Talked with a former Honeywell exec; we discussed the importance of performing an exhaustive market survey before launching your start-up, to include parallel solutions found in similar industries, so that you can start without some barrier to entry and investors can invest confidently.
