Save your eyes, go dark
First things first, I recommend that you change the Skool theme to dark (log in to, or create your Skool account, click your profile image - go to "settings" - click "theme" - choose "dark"). This will help to protect your eyes from too much glare and anyway, photos and videos look better with a dark background IMO. Need help? Fire away : )
Why are you here?
I'm guessing that you're like me and have trouble losing weight or sticking to, I won't say "diet" because that word shouldn't exist, a healthy lifestyle. For me, I've been battling with my weight since my teens. There have been times when I am as fit as a fiddle, and other times the lbs pile on fast.
Three reasons stand out for me, now that I have decades to look back on. One, discovering alcohol and computer games as a teen. Secondly, getting married (happily). I say happily because when I got married, running my own business from home, and whilst my wife was pregnant with our first child and also staying at home, things got easy. I got lazy. I got hungry : )
