🔥 If You’re Serious About Your Goals This Year… Read This. 🔥
Most people don’t fail because they lack motivation. They fail because they don’t have a plan. This weekend, do something different: ✨ Pick ONE goal for next week. ✨ Schedule it. (Put it on your calendar like it’s an appointment.) ✨ Remove one excuse before Monday. ✨ Tell someone. That’s it. Simple. Powerful. Effective. If you want real change, stop waiting for Monday motivation and start building Sunday discipline. 👇 Comment your ONE goal for the week and how you’ll execute it. 📲 And if this message hits home, share it to your page so others can lock in too. We rise together. Let’s make this week count 💪

PROTEIN!!! What are Complete Sources?
Utilizing Protein Sources In Daily Life There are a TON of complete protein sources that are available on a daily basis… Whether you like chicken, steak, ham, cottage cheese, or whatever else, there is absolutely a great way for you to get your protein in. For me, I’m a very “boring” individual… I get my protein meals/snacks in with three sources usually: - Chicken - Beef - Level-1 I typically mix up some ground beef or some chicken for dinner and then make a little extra for the next day!! That way, I have good food at my will and I get to keep myself on track the next day!! It works for me and it keeps me on track a majority of the time and it’s a quick and effective way to set myself up for the next day! Between having those protein options prepared and my Level-1, protein always seems to be an arm’s length away.
