🎉 Welcome to the “Laughing While Healing” Club 🎉 Hey you—yes, you. If you’re here, chances are you’ve survived some stuff… and you’ve also developed a pretty solid sense of humor to get through it. Congratulations, you’re in the right place. This community exists for one simple (but powerful) reason: to heal our trauma without taking ourselves too seriously. Here, we believe: - Laughter is not avoidance—it’s a coping skill ✨ - Healing doesn’t have to look like crying on the floor 24/7 - Dark humor, nervous jokes, and “why am I like this?” moments are welcome - You can process pain and still laugh at the absurdity of it all This is a space where: - You can unpack heavy things at your own pace - You don’t have to be “fixed,” “positive,” or “high vibe” - You can say “lol that was traumatic” and also actually heal it - Growth happens alongside memes, honesty, and real connection A few ground rules (because safety matters): 1. Be kind. Everyone’s nervous system is doing its best. 2. No trauma Olympics. Your pain doesn’t need to be compared to count. 3. Humor is welcome—but never at someone else’s expense. 4. You get to choose how much you share. Lurking is valid. Whether you’re here to laugh, learn, unlearn, vent, or finally feel less alone— we’re really glad you’re here.
