I hope that you are doing

Last week, my whole family got sick one after another. First it was me the week before, I was down with flu for a whole 6 days. then my 5 yr old daughter with tonsils. Then my wife. Then 1yr old daughter. For the first time I didn't work at all. I just rested and focused on getting better. And helping each one of them get better. Not exactly how I planned to spend the last two weeks. Now here’s the interesting part… A lot of online creators will tell you not to share things like this. They’ll say you should only post wins, positivity, and “highlight reel” moments. And honestly, I understand why. But the truth is… getting sick is part of real life. And this whole experience reminded me of something I’m incredibly grateful for: I get to work for myself. No asking a boss for permission. No forcing myself into an office sick. No stressing about whether I’ve used too many sick days. If I need rest, I can rest as long as I want. And the beautiful thing about building an online business like this is that it doesn’t stop when you take a step back. Even while I was recovering, my bank was was still ringing dings. Leads were still coming in. Sales were still happening. That’s the power of building digital income instead of trading every hour for a salary. Don’t get me wrong… I actually loved working as a highschool maths teacher. I love helping my students. But having the freedom to pause when life happens? That’s something I’ll never take for granted. And honestly… that’s exactly why I teach digital marketing and AI.
