Hello from my rural NE Oregon homestead :-)

I'm David Seacord, a fine art painter and piano/songwriter and avid gardener w/small orchard, and piano tuner. At this moment I am 100% raw. Of course that means lots of fruits but not exclusively. If I lived in Costa Rica as I suspect Fran does, well maybe, as anytime I've ever lived semi or tropical, the fruit consumption has naturally increased. Between 2000 and 2010 I was also 100% raw... and I water-fasted a lot too (which I learned how to do from my close brother-like friend Loren Lockman, who runs Tanglewood Wellness Center in Costa Rica)... but... in 2010 I fell off the wagon... and it has been a many year struggle to get back to 100% because, as you know, cooked food is both addictive AND delicious. Plus, for the last few years I've been living in a small Oregon rural community (because of family property caretaking) where this way of eating is NOT UNDERSTOOD, so it is nice that Fran has initiated the creation of an online fruit-based community.
