Drops of Joy 😃🍉🎶🙌🏻 - digestion watermelon 🍉 progress
Family, I want to share a few drops of Joy💓🎶☀️🤸🏻, watermelon is a fruit that I like so much, but it caused me rashes and flatulence during my healing process, after consuming it I kept chewing much slower than other fruits, without eating the seed, now add my fruit top to break my fast 🙌🏻, I keep learning to chew much slower each time I ate, added the natural detox process, it was very helpful 🙌🏻☀️ thank you Watermelon 🍉☀️💫 thank you body wise for being so loving and patient with me 💚 Has anyone in the family felt something similar with this or another fruit?

I assume you know the rule? "Melons... eat them alone or leave them alone."? So from that perspective, if you are mixing them with anything but other melons (cants, cucumbers, honeydews etc... all are melons) flatulence would be a predictable result. As far as the 'caused rashes'... that's a symptom by which the body is alerting you to the fact that a healing process is being attempted...because that is what symptoms are: evidence of the body's attempt to heal itself. 'Rashes' would be an attempt to detox through the skin... causing temporary rash and inflamation. Btw, besides the skin, there are four other detox avenues: pee, poop, lungs, (skin), and mucus membranes. Anyway, the Body Electronics viewpoint on this is: whatever 'caused' the symptom is actually providing the body with enough energy to produce the symptom. Therefore, to heal as quickly as possible, do MORE of that. (This view, btw, is radically the opposite of every other healing modality that I know of. Most would advice you to STOP ingesting the energy source... and that WILL supposedly heal you. Except it does it by returning to you your lower state of health that you had before something gave you enough energy for the body to attempt an authentic healing. All authentic healing takes you to a new HIGHER state of health, it doesn't return you to a lower one.) BTW, go work on 'chewing and swallowing more slowly'. Very important. :-)

@Craig Lambert Thanks for this Craig... very enjoyable!
Hello from my rural NE Oregon homestead :-)
I'm David Seacord, a fine art painter and piano/songwriter and avid gardener w/small orchard, and piano tuner. At this moment I am 100% raw. Of course that means lots of fruits but not exclusively. If I lived in Costa Rica as I suspect Fran does, well maybe, as anytime I've ever lived semi or tropical, the fruit consumption has naturally increased. Between 2000 and 2010 I was also 100% raw... and I water-fasted a lot too (which I learned how to do from my close brother-like friend Loren Lockman, who runs Tanglewood Wellness Center in Costa Rica)... but... in 2010 I fell off the wagon... and it has been a many year struggle to get back to 100% because, as you know, cooked food is both addictive AND delicious. Plus, for the last few years I've been living in a small Oregon rural community (because of family property caretaking) where this way of eating is NOT UNDERSTOOD, so it is nice that Fran has initiated the creation of an online fruit-based community. I look forward to some good connections developing. BTW, I love wild food foraging :-). Thanks for reading, and of course, enjoy my links if you wish. Come to think of it, here's my Facebook page link... :-)
