The interview question that changed the room
I read a transcript from an interview I lined up for an EIT about a year away from his PE.
The question he asked is what made the company a lot more interested in him.
He asked:
"A year from now, what would make you glad that you hired me?"
That question got a strong reception.
Today's homework (pick one):
  1. If you interview people: what's one candidate question that made you lean in?
  2. 2. If you've interviewed recently: what question went over well for you?
  3. 3. If you've got an interview coming up: say so here and I'll help you get ready.
