Hiring: Experienced Appointment Setter (Remote, Mon–Fri)
We’re looking for a highly confident, charismatic appointment setter who can help increase our meeting show rate and keep prospects engaged.
This is not an entry-level role. We only want people with real experience in appointment setting or cold calling.
What you’ll do
- Confirm meetings booked by our cold callers
- Get prospects excited and committed to showing up
- Reschedule and manage appointments when needed
- Occasionally call fresh leads directly
- Help make sure meetings actually happen
What we need
- ONLY applicants from the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland
- Must be a native English speaker
- Must sound indistinguishable from a native speaker
- Strong charisma, confidence, energy, and personality on the phone
- Proven experience in appointment setting or cold calling only
- Available during Monday to Friday, within 7am–6pm CDT for an 8-hour shift
Pay
- $70 per meeting showed
- Current show rate: 30–40%
- Expected earnings: $3,000–$9,000/month
- OTE: $4,500–$6,000/month
