Hiring: Experienced Appointment Setter (Remote, Mon–Fri)

We’re looking for a highly confident, charismatic appointment setter who can help increase our meeting show rate and keep prospects engaged.

This is not an entry-level role. We only want people with real experience in appointment setting or cold calling.

What you’ll do

Confirm meetings booked by our cold callers

Get prospects excited and committed to showing up

Reschedule and manage appointments when needed

Occasionally call fresh leads directly

Help make sure meetings actually happen

What we need

Native English speaker, or someone from a non-native country who sounds completely American/Canadian/native-level

Must sound indistinguishable from a native speaker

Strong charisma, confidence, energy, and personality on the phone

Proven experience in appointment setting or cold calling only

Available during Monday to Friday, within 7am–6pm CDT for an 8-hour shift

Pay

$70 per meeting showed

Current show rate: 30–40%

Expected earnings: $3,000–$9,000/month

OTE: $4,500–$6,000/month
