To keep the pipeline full and warm by generating conversations with new potential clients (lead generation) and recouping and re-setting leads who didn't initially close (follow-up) — booking qualified consultations and protecting show rate so the closing team can convert.
Outcomes / KPIs
- 50 booked consultations (sets) per month, minimum (~2–3/day)
- Sourced through outbound calling on new leads, organic & paid marketing, and reactivation of past/dead leads
- Maintain an 80% show rate on your sets by confirming appointments and solidifying buy-in before the call
- Call every new lead fast and consistently — 4–8 attempts/day for the first 7 days after opt-in
- Lead coverage and follow-up discipline
- No lead goes cold; every new and reactivated lead worked on a defined cadence
- Accurate, real-time logging so the closing team walks into every call prepared
- Daily execution of team & administrative tasks
- Morning huddles via Zoom, 9am Monday–Friday
- End-of-day report
- Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM daily
Compensation
- Base for this position is $2.5k/m or $625 a week
- room to grow and increase earning potential over time
Time
- This is a full-time, 30–40 hours/week position.
- You'll have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough open calendar space to hit your 50 set calls.
- Be available to communicate through Slack 8am–6pm EST daily.
- This position is remote, so you'll have the freedom to work from anywhere.
