Quick context on why I built this, in case it's useful to anyone here running a team.
Most tools for tracking closers are either generic CRMs you have to force into shape, or enterprise "gamification" platforms charging $80–120 per seat that take a month to set up. For someone running a community or a small team of closers, both kind of suck.
So I built Closrr. It connects to Google Calendar, pulls every call automatically, and the closer logs the outcome in one or two clicks (closed, no-show, follow-up). They set their ticket and commission once, and the dashboard builds itself, close rate, cash collected, commissions.
The core of it is the team leaderboard: whoever runs the team sees everyone's performance ranked in real time, without chasing anyone for a spreadsheet. And if a closer isn't logging their calls, the leader sees it flagged — so the data doesn't quietly go stale.
For people with their own community, I can white-label it: their logo, their colors, their own space.
I'm at the stage where I want honest reactions before pushing on it harder. Two things I keep going back and forth on:
- Is the manual logging (1–2 clicks per call) a dealbreaker, or acceptable if everything else is automatic?
- Better first customer — sales teams running closers, or coaches/mentors with paid communities?
Happy to show it to anyone curious. Mostly here for the feedback.
