Service Based Business - Objective & Strategy

There is a women salon in lahore. They are active only on Isnta as they say they don't get quality messages from FB.

Insta has 10k+ original followers, not fake.

They wanna run campaigns of one low ticket service (around 2200) and higher ones are of Rs 10,000 +.

Now, I have to run ads for both of these services. I have watched lectures.

But, I am little bit confused regarding the objective and strategy.

P.S. These services are saperate, like expensive ones aren't the upgradation of cheap ones.
