Month 10 Forward: In 2024, my husband passed away suddenly in my arms. I documented much of my widow experience publicly through social media. I took what I documented and turned it into this journal with retrospective videos to reflect points of growth. Here, I include tools and raw truth than what might have been appropriate for a public social media platform. I found relief & healing even though each goes through an unique experience, we share tools to get us through those experiences.
