after playing about with some AI effects and seeing what could fit, I finally found something that just made sense to me. I’m using it as a hook, something a little different in the fitness niche! I will see how it performs and keep my eye out for anymore that I can use, I would like to start using 1 per week to start with so it fits in to my posting schedule of educational posts, value, and awareness posts. This weekend I spent it praticing with my camera and filming random things just to get better. I shot this in S-Cinetone just to try and focus on the lighting part. My framing could have been a lot better on this shot but that's something I'll fix on the next piece of content I film. I moved the couch away from the wall to create some kind of depth. This week I plan on messing around with higgsfield to see what I can come up with after learning about it last week on the call.
