Holiday Spending 🤑
The holidays are always tough on the pockets. I’ve always overspent money I don’t have around these days. In that spirit, I will share steps that I’ve gathered from different sources. •Make a holiday budget. Every month, starting January, set an amount to save up just for the holiday season. Example: I want $3000 to spend on gifts next year. So every month, I set $250 aside. You can set as much as is good for you. Take a look at your holiday expenses from previous years so you can make a realistic budget. •Be the most thoughtful. You don’t need to provide people with expensive gifts. The best gifts are always the most thoughtful. Get to know your family and friends. Find those small details that will bring them joy because they are so meaningful to them. This March when I came back to the States, my dad had saved me a Christmas gift (first Christmas away from home). He gave me a pen 🖊️; it came in a box, with ink replacements, and it wrote amazingly. Best gift ever. He knew I love writing, letters, calligraphy. He knew. And he got me a gift that will allow me to write beautiful letters. Thanks, Dad. •Create the gifts yourself. You can also create things to give. My brother loves to paint, so he custom makes pieces and gives them away. He gets tiny canvases for a good price, uses his paints, and just wraps them up 👨‍🎨, and a beautiful letter of gratitude towards that person is the cherry on top 🍒. In conclusion, by planning ahead, being thoughtful, and getting creative, you can enjoy a joyful holiday season without breaking the bank. Happy holidays! 🥰 Much Love, ✨Angi Sagrada✨

Rewiring your brain 🧠
Have you ever wondered why you are the way you are? And going further — can I change myself? The answer is YES. You can actually rewire your brain thanks to neuroplasticity — your brain’s ability to form new connections and change based on what you repeatedly think, feel, and do. (Source: Cleveland Clinic — Neuroplasticity Overview) 🎥 Watch this short video to understand how it works: https://youtu.be/4qykb6jKXdo?si=OCHdNDYGmrOqociW
