Chamomile | Digestion + Downshift
Chamomile isn’t a “sleepy” herb. I use it when the nervous system and digestive system are locked together—anxious gut, bloating, irritation.
I include it in my tincture and infused oil because it helps with:
  • Digestive discomfort linked to stress
  • Restlessness before sleep
  • Soothing the lower belly when the body feels too loud
It’s gentle, but not weak.It works quietly and consistently.
