Change is not easy for most of us. We like to know the parameters of the game. Sometimes though we are forced to allow for change because change is happening whether we like it or not. Just look at the world and how many changes are happening everywhere. So how do you deal with change?

It’s important to build our trust in God by daily going within and communing with God. God is the guiding Presence that meets our every need and fills our heart with peace.

Then it is time to take a breath and centre. I find it is time then to connect within. To connect to God. Feeling inside the remembrance of our relationship to God and the fact that we are always supported.
