Quick little update as SACRED REBELLION evolves…
I’m currently rebuilding this space into something way more simple, playful, practical, and easy to actually USE in everyday life.
Instead of information you never actually apply, the goal is:
🧠 tiny nervous system nuggets
🎮 simple “biology reset” games
💨 breath + body tools you actually look forward to doing
⚡ quick shifts for real humans living real lives
Think less:
“another thing to keep up with…”
And more:
“Ooooh… I needed that today.”
This is becoming a space where regulating your biology feels approachable, fun, experiential, and maybe even a little addictive in the best way. 😏
