A few months ago, in the middle of doing some very deep shadow work, I had a dream. (Who, me, a dream? Shocker.) And the message was basically: Lighten up. 😂 At first I was puzzled. Then I realized the dream was pointing to something I hadn't fully understood about shadow work. Because 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒇 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒊𝒔𝒏'𝒕 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒔?
