We're slowly moving toward the New Moon in Cancer on July 14th, bringing together the gentle energy of Water and the beginning of a new lunar cycle.
New Moons often make us think about setting intentions, creating goals, or starting something new.
But before something new can truly grow... something inside us often needs a new perspective first.
The last few weeks, I've been doing a lot of deeper healing and reflection. Looking back at old memories and the ways they quietly shaped how I move through life. It's been a beautiful, not because the past suddenly changed... but because I did.
I started seeing things with softer eyes. Less judgment. More understanding.
When we ask for new opportunities, healthier connections, more peace, or a different direction we can't always expect them to fit inside the same old mindset.
Sometimes the real beginning isn't outside of us. It's the moment we stop seeing ourselves through old stories.
Cancer reminds us that healing isn't about forgetting. It's about creating enough emotional safety within yourself to grow beyond what once defined you. Just like water... we're allowed to change direction without losing who we are.
