Find a quiet place. Close your eyes. Take a slow breath in...and gently exhale and again.With every breath, allow your shoulders to soften. Imagine yourself walking through a peaceful forest just after sunrise. The air is fresh. The trees move gently with the wind. Birds are singing somewhere in the distance. You don't need to rush. Nature isn't rushing either. As you continue walking, you arrive at a small lake. The water is completely still, reflecting the sky like a mirror. You kneel beside the water and look at your reflection. Not with judgment. Just curiosity. Ask yourself softly... "Have I been speaking from my heart... or from my fears?" There is no right or wrong answer. Just notice what comes up. Now imagine a gentle blue light surrounding your throat. Warm, calm and steady. With every breath, it grows a little brighter. Not asking you to become louder... Only inviting you to become more honest. - Honest with yourself. - Honest with your dreams. - Honest with the life you're quietly creating. Take one final deep breath. As you exhale, imagine any words you've been holding back gently drifting away with the wind. You don't have to carry them anymore. Open your eyes when you're ready.
