My Monday honestly started a little chaotic 😭I had a therapy session this morning, overslept, had to rush around, and felt like I was already behind before the day even really started. And then... my coffee.
The milk failed 3 times because the machine wasn't connected properly 😏
You know those mornings where everything feels just a little off? One thing after another. But here's the thing... We don't stay there. Not every day starts perfectly. Not every plan goes smoothly. Not every Monday arrives with motivation and magical energy.
Sometimes life simply reminds us to slow down, breathe and start again.
So instead of focusing on everything that went wrong, I decided to create something that brings me back to myself. Today I made a New Moon Intention Jar. I filled it with little treasures I've collected during my hikes and nature walks. Over time these treasures become part of my rituals, intention jars, altar work, reflections and spiritual practices. Every piece tells a story. This little jar is now holding the intentions I want to grow during this moon cycle.
