[Immediate Start] Technical Co-founder / Ai Automation Engineer

I'm looking for a Founding AI Engineer / Technical Co-founder to start work immediately and profit share from day 1 on current revenue. (not some bs future equity setup)

Stage:

We operate an AI sales automation agency and are at revenue-generating stage - one 7 figure agency client and one B2B saas so far, and a full pipeline I'm working on closing.

Why this role exists:

Founder & Commercial operator in place. I run all GTM activity - sales, content, podcast, client relationships, brand. I'm the face of the business. We're building relationships rapidly and getting hundreds of leads from organic posts, as well as launching a sales team to scale further.

What is missing is the technical other half. The person who owns delivery, builds the systems, and sets the engineering bar. I cannot ship production-grade agentic systems at the depth our clients need on my own.

What you will own:

End-to-end client delivery. New client signs, you architect, build, and ship the system (I can also contribute to product)
Building agentic workflows and AI-native GTM infrastructure (AI SDRs, inbound qualifiers, prospecting engines, intelligence systems)
