Offer Accepted!
We had an offer accepted on an RV Park. It's our first one. Can anyone take the time to help us with some questions?
The LOI: upon signature they are not accepting other offers. This is our DD period, correct?
After the DD we sign the purchase and sale agreement. Is there any DD after that or it's all during the LOI stage?
