Lease Question
Hello all,
My wife and I are opening our first RV park soon. We are looking to create a short term and monthly lease. We hired a lawyer to draw up a lease, but he just emailed us two 17 page leases. Obviously, that is entirely too long, besides it is written in very legalistic verbiage. We are only opening with 8 spots in phase one so we are not looking at using a reservation software yet. I was hoping maybe to get some assistance or suggestions on where to get leases.
