Run World Run is built on the successful Run NZ Run virtual platform and brings together training, racing, and fitness for life in one global community. Each month we provide structured programs for 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon distances, plus optional VO₂ Max–focused plans if your goal is long-term health and longevity. From the 21st to the end of each month, members take part in themed City Virtual Championships — you can submit results from an official local race or run virtually on road, trail, or treadmill. Times must be uploaded by the 1st, and by the 3rd we publish age-group leaderboards and award badges. Every September we celebrate the World Championships, crowning global champions across all distances. Run World Run is about more than medals or leaderboards — it’s about building fitness that lasts, improving VO₂ Max for vitality in later life, and belonging to a supportive worldwide community.
