Personally my shoes have way more milages than recommended.
I usually rotate between 3 to 5 shoes a week, and do 3-4 indoor runs shoeless to strenghten my ankles and feet.
When in Finland my rotation for the past month has only been betweeen
- New Balance Rebel v4 - everyday runs
- On Couldboom Strike - speed, 25km+ and races
- Adidas Terrex Agravic Ultra <- my new fave, as the grip is great on snow
At home I have
- On Cloudmonster Hyper - easy and long runs
- Nike Pegasus 40 and 41 - easy runs
- Nike Alphafly 3 - races
- Nike Zoom Fly 6 - least favoursite shoe, might use on speedwork under 15k
- Nike Pegasus GTX Trail - a bit too small and is not replaced by the Adidad Terrex
