Small update
As we head into the weekend, I wanted to check in—What are you all doing this weekend? 🎮✨ Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the importance of making space for joy, rest, and the moments that recharge us… even in the middle of everything we’re building. For me, this season has been a mix of growth, stretching, and showing up in new ways. I also wanted to share a small update—I’m currently in the Top 10 of the Entrepreneur of Impact competition 🙏 It’s been a meaningful experience, especially because it connects to the bigger vision I’m building around integrative, culturally responsive wellness and support for women. If you feel connected to this journey, I would truly appreciate your support 💛 (Link in comments) Would also love to read in the comments about what are you doing this weekend? 👇🏽

Releasing self-criticism is...
A fundamental step in healing. But let me tell you something important… A lot of self-criticism is rooted in: • past expectations • cultural and family pressure • survival patterns So when you begin to release it, it can feel uncomfortable at first… Almost like you’re losing a part of your identity. But you’re not losing yourself. You’re creating space for: - peace - confidence that isn’t fragile - a more sustainable way of living And that kind of growth? It doesn’t come from being harsh with yourself. It comes from learning to support yourself differently.

Releasing self-criticism is...
A small check-in…
I’ve been a little quiet here these past days… just taking time to reflect and create behind the scenes. I’m slowly working on the first webinars for something I’ve been holding with a lot of intention… Not rushing it. Just letting it come together in a way that feels right. In the meantime, I just wanted to check in: -how are you, really?

Short Reflection: When You Don’t Have Full Clarity…But You Have Peace
This week, I’ve been reflecting on something many of us experience: Not having all the answers…but still feeling a sense of peace. We often think we need full clarity before making a move. But sometimes, direction doesn’t come with a full map; it comes with peace in the next step. You may not see everything yet…but you feel a shift.A nudge. A quiet confidence. And that matters. Sometimes growth looks like: - allowing yourself to pause - trusting what feels aligned - releasing the pressure to figure it all out at once - 👉 This week, I invite you to reflect: Where in your life do you feel a quiet sense of peace…even if you don’t have all the answers yet? Remember: Pause for a moment…breathe in… and breathe out. God is not in a rush with you. He will guide you, one step at a time.
