Dear founders...
One thing I want us to be mindful of this week is how we speak to ourselves. Many high-capacity women have learned to rely on self-criticism as a way to stay “on track.” But over time, that same pattern becomes draining. Releasing it doesn’t mean lowering your standards. It means creating a more sustainable way to grow. As you move through this week, ask yourself: “Is this thought helping me grow or just adding pressure?” We’re not here to do more at the cost of ourselves.We’re here to build in a way that we can actually sustain. I am grateful to build this with you!

I’ve been a bit quiet here because I’ve been creating behind the scenes… I’m currently developing the first few webinars for Recharge & Rise Foundations; and I wanted you to be the first to know. This is something I’ve been building with a lot of intention… focused on supporting women navigating burnout, transitions, and life’s heavy seasons; while reconnecting with their energy, clarity, and purpose.
