Writing my decision letter made me feel empowered. As if this truly elevated, 2.0 version of myself is sticking around after breaking through the surface during the 28-day challenge.
I'm most excited about becoming more consistent, and committed to myself, in order to gain motivation that stays with me, the motivation I feed.
This year, I'm choosing myself by truly and officially leaving old habits in the past, and choosing growth not through shame or guilt, but through desire. "I never want to feel that way again" is my driving factor for better.
