Hey, I've been on Tirz since January and have lost 20lbs. It's going pretty slow. I upped my units 4 weeks ago and experienced a light rash and awful itching on my neck with really bad nausea. I used itch cream and cut the dosage down the next few weeks. It has cleared up and I'm ready to up the dose again. Wish me luck!
