Micro dosing Reta while taking Tirz
Please share your protocols with me! Currently on Tirz dosing 15mg weekly. I’d like to add Reta and micro dose it while scaling back on Tirz.
I’ve been on Tirz over a year and did try Reta first early on. I don’t want to eliminate Tirz because it does help with the inflammation and food noise that I experience much more than Reta does.
