Hello
I’m 74 Sister, wife, mother and grandmother. I’m retired. I’m a micro dosing trizepatide user dosing 1.2 mg weekly. I’m at goal weight of 128lbs. Working at what maintenance will look like going forward. Do I stay at present dosage or go down. When I started on trizepatide I clearly didn’t understand dosage and transferring that to my syringe. Clearly not a medical person. I started at barely 3units thinking that was a beginning 2.5mg dose. That’s sounds hysterical to me now but it was what it was. Thing is I lost 13 lbs in the first 6 weeks. When I arrived back home from our winter in Florida a dear friend who is a retired RN called me. As I was sharing my experience with Triz with her and she wanted to get started. She pointed out to me my mistake. Silly me. I adjusted my dose to 0.5 mg for a month or so than 0.75mg and now today I’m taking 1.2mg. I’ve lost a total of 30lbs. My doctor says I’m a super responder.
Here is my issue. I’m having low kidney function which puts me at CKD3b. I’ve been told I’m most likely dehydrated as I don’t have high blood pressure or diabetes. I’ve adjusted my fluids and of course my food. I love trizepatide for all the benefits from weight loss, heart, gut and kidneys. My kidney numbers have not improved that is discouraging and worrisome. So my question is where do I go from here? My standardized physicians don’t know much about all the exciting things I read about Triz and other peptides. I feel like I’m searching and researching on my own. I’m looking for help.
