New Moon Ritual - Intro
This is an introduction to understanding the Moon cycles from an ancestral perspective. I share about the energies moved in us and the advice of our elders. To observe the moon cycles allows us to not to fall in the Prison of the Moon as the Maya call it. Learn more about this by joining me in this short ritual. It is a cleansing ritual for your mind and spirit to start the cycle anew.

In this space you will find recorded online sessions. Each session I share a topic touched by the stories of my indigenous elders and other teachers. I also share my view on the topics bridging it to the western world I live on. The sharing is between 20-30 minutes and after I guide us into a silent meditation. I learnt from Yogananda to meditate after listening to deep sharings so that the wisdom awakens beyond intellectual analysis. Wishing this stories support you and all sentient beings!
