There's a difference, and it matters. Lazy people don't lie awake at night running through tomorrow's to-do list. Lazy people don't feel guilty for resting. Lazy people don't keep saying yes when their body is begging them to say no. Lazy people don't care about pleasing someone else. But you... no, you probably care so much that it's draining. Can we agree to stop saying we feel lazy? You feel drained, because you are drained. You feel tired because your body is Tired (yes with a capital T!). And unless you're a robot, when you're tired, you need rest. Not because you're lazy. Not because you earned it. But because you're human.
