New Habits
It's so hard trying to build a new habit! I'm presently working on restructuring my daily schedule and creating my own "power hour". I was getting up at 5am for a while and using that quiet time, but lately I'm just so exhausted in the mornings. 🫠 Anyone else trying out a change?

Lazy?! No Ma'am. Overloaded...Probably So.
There's a difference, and it matters. Lazy people don't lie awake at night running through tomorrow's to-do list. Lazy people don't feel guilty for resting. Lazy people don't keep saying yes when their body is begging them to say no. Lazy people don't care about pleasing someone else. But you... no, you probably care so much that it's draining. Can we agree to stop saying we feel lazy? You feel drained, because you are drained. You feel tired because your body is Tired (yes with a capital T!). And unless you're a robot, when you're tired, you need rest. Not because you're lazy. Not because you earned it. But because you're human. Question for you: If you could have one complete day to rest, what would that look like for you?
