Could you give an example of doing a FMD and apple/coffee? I am not seeing how that works with the calorie count. I started my reset today as I had a pretty bad migraine this weekend and felt depleted yesterday. So, I have had a cup of coffee with MCT oil and an apple and 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds which is 250 calories. Now I am thinking I have screwed up. Also, I looked up Edgar Cayce and tried to find a liver detox protocol. Something I found on it was to NOT do lemon juice and olive oil in the am if you have gallstones. I did an enema last week and had a few stones and wondered why I couldn't do it and what is a better option and or idea?
