Hubby absolutely crushed it on the grill tonight with the BEST pumpfu burger I've ever had β€” and I held my own by making us the most perfectly crispy homemade Jo-Jos to go with it, breaking in my brand new Ninja Crisp properi! 🍟
The secret to next-level air-fried fries? An ice water bath. Soak for 20 minutes, pat completely dry, toss in avocado oil, then air fry for 20–25 minutes. Absolute perfection every single time.
I whipped up the easiest dipping sauce β€” organic mustard, Yellow Bird sriracha, and a squeeze of miso. Simple, bold, and so good.
My burger was loaded: sautΓ©ed mushrooms, onions, and peppers, organic mustard, sauerkraut, Bubbies sweet pickles, creamy avocado, and of course β€” more Yellow Bird sriracha. 🌢️
