Minute 1â2: Scripture Centering Write out todayâs focus verse: Proverbs 16:3 â âCommit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.â Take 60 seconds to breathe deeply, say the verse out loud, and invite God to guide your thoughts. Minute 3â4: Gratitude List Write down 3 things you are thankful for today.Prompt: âGod, thank You for ____.ââI am grateful for ____.â Minute 5â6: Self-Reflection Ask yourself: - What is one thing I need to release (fear, worry, doubt) to step fully into my purpose? - How do I feel called to serve others right now? Write freely without judgment â just let it flow. Minute 7â8: Vision Casting Finish this sentence: âOne year from today, I see myselfâŚâ Describe what your faith, relationships, finances, and business look like when you are living fully rooted in purpose. Minute 9: Action Step Write ONE simple action you can take this week to get closer to that vision.Example: Post your story, reach out to a mentor, start a small habit, etc. Minute 10: Prayer Close by writing a short prayer: âLord, I surrender my plans to You.
