This offering invites you into an embodied, practice-based approach that weaves together nervous system awareness, somatic practices, and nature-informed reflection to support regulation, connection, and reimagining whatās possible.
This is a foundational (Level 0) trainingādesigned to be accessible and reflective rather than content-heavy.
